Registration for Brick Investor Vault is permitted from age 13. Users under 13 years of age may not create an account.
By registering, the user declares that the provided date of birth is correct.
The Marketplace functionality is exclusively available to users aged 18 or older.
Access to the Marketplace is only activated after the user:
• Has reached the age of 18 based on the provided date of birth; and
• Has explicitly declared to be 18 years or older and legally competent.
By activating the Marketplace, the user declares:
• To be 18 years of age or older;
• To be independently authorized to enter into agreements;
• To be fully responsible for purchase and sale transactions through the platform.
If it appears that a user has provided an incorrect age, Brick Investor Vault reserves the right to:
• Block Marketplace access;
• Temporarily or permanently close the account;
• Invalidate transactions to the extent permitted by law.
Brick Investor Vault is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect age declaration by the user.
Premium subscriptions may be purchased by minors with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Premium does not automatically grant Marketplace access.
Brick Investor Vault exclusively facilitates a technical platform for registration, valuation and resale of physical collectible objects.
The platform is:
• Not a financial instrument;
• Not a securities platform;
• Not an investment advisory service;
• Not a regulated exchange.
Users act entirely at their own expense and risk.
Brick Investor Vault acts exclusively as a technical facilitator and is not a party to agreements between buyers and sellers. The platform:
• Does not mediate in disputes between users;
• Does not guarantee the accuracy of listings;
• Is not responsible for the quality, condition or delivery of offered items;
• Does not process payments between buyers and sellers.
Brick Investor Vault is not liable for:
• Damages arising from transactions between users;
• Loss, theft or damage of items;
• Incorrect or misleading information posted by users;
• Technical failures leading to unavailability of the Marketplace;
• Indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.
The total liability of Brick Investor Vault is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the user to the platform in the preceding 12 months.
Sellers on the Marketplace are obligated to:
• Only offer items of which they are the lawful owner;
• Describe items honestly and accurately;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Keep contact details correct and up to date;
• Not use misleading prices or descriptions.
It is prohibited to use the Marketplace to:
• Offer counterfeit or forged items;
• Sell stolen goods;
• Engage in price manipulation or market manipulation;
• Threaten, intimidate or mislead other users;
• Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities.
Users can report illegal or unlawful content through the reporting mechanism in the app or by email to brickvault@eventsbusreizen.nl. Brick Investor Vault will assess reports and take appropriate measures in accordance with the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
When removing or restricting content, the affected user will be informed about:
• The reason for the measure;
• The possibility to file a complaint;
• The possibility to use out-of-court dispute resolution.
Users who disagree with a decision by Brick Investor Vault regarding content removal or account restriction may file a complaint via brickvault@eventsbusreizen.nl.
Brick Investor Vault handles complaints timely, carefully and in a non-discriminatory manner. The user will be informed about the outcome and further options.
Valuations and market data in Brick Investor Vault are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee, appraisal or investment advice. Brick Investor Vault is not liable for decisions made based on displayed valuations.
Users retain ownership of uploaded photos and descriptions. By uploading content, the user grants Brick Investor Vault a limited license to use this content for the operation of the platform.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Brick Investor Vault reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be informed in advance of material changes. Continued use after amendment constitutes acceptance.
